Anti-Confederate Christians And Socialists Aid Each Others Causes

I read an interesting and thought provoking article on http://www.lewrockwell.com on March 29th by Larry L. Beane, a Lutheran pastor, called Which Side are You On?

This is a question that many Christians today need to begin to reflect on–are they Christian or are they socialist? Many try to be both. In my opinion I don’t think you can be both. They are antithetical to each other and if you attempt to be both you are a walking contradiction to yourself. It is the perfect example of doublemindedness.

Rev. Beane made his comments in the context of the removal of our Confederate monuments in New Orleans back in 2017. He noted that our Confederate monuments were under attack “rhetorically and physically–and eventually removed by the city government. To this day, they are hidden away in a shed in a city junkyard.” And all to feed the ambitions of a New Orleans mayor with presidential aspirations who couldn’t even be bothered to deal with the real problems in his own city.

Rev. Beane conducted prayer services at the monuments “imploring the Lord to spare us from violence.” He noted that peaceful supporters of keeping those monuments were being assaulted by Antifa thugs. Some of the folks from his own church were at the vigils to preserve the Confederate monuments. For this he was attacked by some in his own denomination who wanted him defrocked for even being there as they imputed “racist” motives to his attendance.

He spoke out about this and called them to account. He said: “My brethren who self-righteously went on the attack against me should be ashamed of themselves. By sitting on the sidelines, or in some cases, siding with the vandals and radicals, they were unwittingly helping to advance an anti-Christian agenda.”

He made the point that some Christians do end up supporting socialist radicals who are bent on cultural destruction simply so they can feel that they are opposing “racism.” Too many Christians fall into this trap. Because they fail to get a real grasp of the issues involved they often come down on the side of supporting some kind of socialist activity, not realizing that the socialists they so willingly support are every bit as “racist” as those so-called racists they claim to be opposed to. And often you are labeled a “racist” if you try to explain this to them because they don’t really want to hear it. Their minds have been made up by listening to the drivel spouted by the mainstream media and they refuse to be confronted with the real facts. Too much trouble! Just believe Walter Crankcase or Dan Rather-biased and don’t worry about the facts.

Rev. Beane asked some embarrassing questions. He said: “When things were very tense, when the police were ordered to stand down, when mobs were chanting and closing in and throwing bottles at peaceful people–where were the clergy? Where were the blessed peacemakers? Where were the pastors on the other side who supported the removal of the monuments? Where were the men with the moral authority to call for peace to prevail? I’ll tell you where they were: they were virtue signaling on social media from their comfy couches and plotting against those of us who were willing to get our hands dirty.” He’s right!

I watched some of the same situation during the Kanawha County textbook protest in West Virginia decades ago. There were Christian pastors there who should have gotten out and helped the protesters to protest the raunchy textbooks being force fed to public school kids. But they didn’t do that. They sat it out and said nothing, and some pastors were even in favor of those books. There was one  pastor there who, when I explained to him my opposition to communism and the left in general, he told me I was nuts! I visited his church one time–and one time only!

Rev. Beane asked this question: “When will people finally get it? When monuments to Lincoln and Washington are being torn down? When any historic remembrance prior to Year Zero has been thrown into the Memory Hole?” Because, in the final analysis, that’s what it’s really all about. If you totally destroy a people’s historic heritage and cultural memory they have nothing to go forward with, or to pass along to their children to enable them to go forward. “He who controls the past controls the future.”

What many Christians who are so obsessed with their opposition to “racism” fail to realize is that those who also claim to be against “racism” are also against the Christian culture and heritage of this country–particularly here in the South. How many of those men whose monuments have been so quickly torn down and removed were Christian men, whose devotion to God makes what often passes for Christianity today pale into insignificance?

No, sadly, many of those Christians who so blithely support socialism today just don’t get it. I wonder if they ever will. The old Confederacy, contrary to what you believe, was not full of evil racists anymore than any other part of the country that was just as “racist” but doesn’t get talked about because that wouldn’t fit the Deep State and media narrative of the destroyers of our culture.

Those Christians that support socialism and its agenda or that just want to sit out these battles that affect what they believe will end up paying for their costly errors in judgment some day. Problem is, they won’t like the price!

Can Any Sane Person Believe The Mainstream Media?

Well, the infamous Mueller Report has finally been presented to the new Attorney General,  And Mueller, for all his efforts, and millions in taxpayer dollars, could find no evidence of the Trump administration colluding with the Russians to throw the 2016 election to Trump and to take it away from that sterling character that was supposed to have “won” it, Saint Hillary.

For over two years we were treated to a continuous nightly barrage from the mainstream media about what a treasonous low-life Trump was. The media, boosted by their political syncophants in the FBI and the DOJ, routinely informed us that there were “mountains of evidence” on hand proving Trump was in the employ of Putin and a traitor to his country.

Know what? The whole thing was a huge pile of Deep State cow chips–the kind you don’t want to stick your boot into on a hot day in West Texas. So Mueller found no collusion. You mean, with no evidence of any wrongdoing on Trump’s part, it took  him over two years to figure that out! You have to wonder what the real purpose of this investigation was. Couldn’t by any chance have been to distract everyone’s attention away from Hillary and her Uranium One deal with Putin could it?

I can hear the howls now–“Oh the news media wouldn’t be so corrupt as to do something like that would they?” Of course they would! It would be right up their alley–this stuff is what they live for. The mainstream media is nothing more than a propaganda shill for the Deep State. They don’t print “all the news that’s fit to print” they print all the news that fits (the agenda of their masters). Anyone who honestly thinks the mainstream media is independent hardly qualifies for the rocket scientist of the year award.

In fact, I don’t know why people spend good money for their daily newspapers. Papers like the New York Times or the Washington Post are only good for one thing–to be sold in bulk quantities, at reduced prices, to those looking for a good grade or bird cage liner material or for something to put in the bottom of their cat’s litter box! Other than that they, and a hundred others like them, are totally useless. And what you get on CNN and MSNBC and the “nitworks” are little more than the verbal version of bird cage liner.

I’ve been watching the mainstream media for these past five decades now and they regularly continue to berate anyone they feel is to the right of Castro or Mao. They prevaricate about conservative events, the number of people at those events, and what was said at those events. Getting the truth out of them is like following a rattlesnake into its den without getting bit–it ain’t gonna happen!

Just picture Rachel Maddow and Adam Schiff being jointly awarded the “Prevaricator of the Year Award” and you have a good idea what you can expect from the politicians in Washington and their “running dogs” in the mainstream media. They make the Communist Daily World look like a bastion of truth, and believe me, that’s not an easy task.

Years ago, some wag said “You can always tell when a politician is lying. His lips are moving.” You can pretty much say the same for mainstream media pundits.

Pat Buchanan just today, 3/27/19, had an article on http://www.lewrockwell.com in which he commented on all this. He said: “The roots of Mueller’s investigation go back to the Clinton campaign’s hiring of the opposition research firm Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Trump. Fusion GPS hired ex-British spy Christopher Steele.  He had sources in Russian intelligence who provided him with the contents of his infamous dossier. This was delivered to a grateful cabal at the FBI, which used it as the basis of a FISA court warrant to surveil the Trump campaign…Now that Trump has been exonerated, the story of how his accusers, using the power of the state, almost murdered a presidency with lies, propaganda and innuendo, needs to be brought out into the sunlight.”

Pat is right. This whole sordid attempt to derail the Trump presidency needs to be exposed and the  slimy swamp  creatures infesting Washington, from the top down, need to be exposed and the part each one played needs to be exposed, starting with Comrade Obama, Hillary, Comey, Brennan, Clapper and all the rest. And the paid prostitutes in the media need the same treatment. This bunch needs the same treatment they gave Trump right up to and including through the 2020 election so the American people fully realize what a bunch of political and media charlatans they really are.

The War of the World Views–Socialism vs. Christianity

by Al Benson Jr.

No matter what you want to say about the socialists they have a multi-generational world view. The Fabian Socialists are noted for this. They are not in a big rush to push revolutionary socialism down our throats. They are content to do it a little at a time, often in doses we are hardly aware of, but the end result will be socialism for us no matter how you cut the mustard. It may take longer, but the end result will be inevitable. We will get socialism whether we want it or not, often because we were just too lazy or apathetic to be bothered to resist it.

Leon Trotsky, the real big daddy of today’s neo-conservatives, had this to say in regard to the socialists’ multi-generational perspective: “If our generation happens to be too weak to establish socialism over the earth, we will hand the spotless banner down to our children. The struggle which is in the offing transcends by far the importance of individuals, factions, and parties. It is the struggle for the future of all mankind. It will be severe. It will be lengthy. Whoever seeks physical comfort and spiritual calm, let him step aside. In time of reaction it is more convenient to lean on the bureaucracy than on the truth. But all those for whom the word socialism is not a hollow sound but the content of their moral life–forward!” If you want to check out Trotsky’s comments you can find them at https://www.marxists.org/archieve/trotsky/1937/09/life.htm He said lots more than that, but this will give you some idea of his socialist world view and that it was, and still is, multi-generational. I’ll tell you one thing. For those that seek to change the world, a multi-generational world view is essential because no one is going to accomplish that in one generation. Those who think they will are deluding themselves. The socialists have a plan, an agenda, and outline, if you will that they are following and they are willing to work all their lives to fulfill their part in that plan, knowing they will not live to see it come to fruition but feeling that, somewhere down the road, it will, and they will have played their part in that.

Many years ago, ex-Communist Benjamin Gitlow, wrote a book called The Whole of Their Lives. It was a history of the early days of 20th century communism in this country, toward which domestic and foreign communists committed “the whole of their lives.” He quoted Lenin, where Lenin said: “We must train men and women who will devote to the revolution, not merely their spare evenings, but the whole of their lives.” That’s what most socialists do. They devote the entirety of their lives to this evil purpose–and the lives of their children as well! I am not saying these people will win in the end, but the point is, they are willing to devote everything they have to a cause that is militantly anti-Christ.

The question then arises, are Christians willing to devote even part of their lives to working to defeat this anti-Christ agenda? I can hear the replies even now. “Well, the Lord will take care of all that for us, we don’t need to get involved.” Wrong answer! Yes, the Lord will take care of all that–but He may decide to use you as part of His method of dealing with it. Most Christians don’t want to hear that! It means they may have to do something, get involved, take some responsibility for helping to resist the encroaching socialist evil–and the last thing most Christians want is responsibility. I will never forget my boss when we worked in Illinois, telling me “Christians will flee responsibility as if it were the plague.” He is a Christian, and, in many cases, I am forced to agree with him. He knew whereof he spoke.

I have had the same experience as my boss in Illinois. Even where I am now, I have had some brethren in the faith tell me that the Lord would take care of all the political problems we face. The translation for that comment is: the Lord will take care of the mess we are in so I don’t have to do anything, just go along for the ride. The whole problem with that rationale is the I don’t have to do anything  part! Yet that is where most Christians today are at.

The majority Christian world view at this point in history seems to consist of “don’t criticize, be nice, get along with everybody, just be good, and avoid politics, and hope the “rapture” comes along real soon so we can get out of this mess.” I guess you can tell by my commentary that I don’t quite agree with this view. What happens if the “rapture” doesn’t quite come along when you’d like it to or think it should? What do you do then. What do your children, and maybe your grandchildren, do then to deal with what we may have to deal with? What is your world view for their future? Or do you even have one?

Unfortunately today, and for past decades, most Christians seem to find their world view as expressed in the notes in the Scofield Bible–wait for the secret, imminent return of the Lord and don’t bother polishing the brass on a sinking ship. In other words, in regard to the current national situation–do nothing except preach John 3:16, as nothing else really matters. So the socialists take over the world, don’t worry about that, we won’t be here to see it! You’ll have to pardon me if I feel this is rather a shortsighted view.

For those interested I would recommend a different view, one you can find in a book published back in 2008 called Why The End Is Not Near  by Duane Garner, and published by Athanasius Press. It is still available on Amazon and is not overly expensive. This gives you a whole different perspective on the “end times” and what vision for the future Christians need to have if they are to confront what goes on in the world today, and Christians do need to confront it. Just “being nice” won’t cut it.

Christians need a multi-generational world view that prepares their children to carry on the Christian struggle against anti-Christ ideologies and for the truth. We have to realize that this is a battle we will not win day after tomorrow, but one we must teach our children to fight so they can teach their children to fight it. The best way to do that is with Christian education, keeping your kids out of public schools. In the real world, your kids are going to have to deal with the false doctrine of socialism and its world view. They need to know the truth about it from a Christian perspective and they need to know how to oppose it from a Christian perspective because it ain’t going away without a fight! This shouldn’t be done just because we hate socialists, but rather because we care enough about them to present them with the truth that is in Jesus Christ, because this truth is what will break the back of socialism.

The socialists want to hand their “spotless banner” down to their children. Their “spotless banner” is stained with the blood of millions that would not bow the knee to their false god, and some of those were Christians. So Christians do need to oppose socialism in Christian love–but they do need to oppose it, and to do that, they need to learn what it is all about.

Oh That Nasty Confederate Shooter In New Zealand!

by Al Benson Jr.

Member, Board of Directors, Confederate Society of America

Well, you almost had to figure it–that in some way the convoluted wanderings of the leftist mentality would find some way to blame the Confederate Flag for the mosque shootings in New Zealand. Come on now, admit it, you knew it had to happen at some point. You just know that you can blame the Confederate Flag for all of man’s problems going back to the fall into original sin in the Book of Genesis. You say that there were no Confederate Flags back in those days–makes no difference–they are responsible for the fall anyway. When Adam sinned he knew there would be a Confederate Flag somewhere down the road in the future and he sinned in anticipation of that event! Sound far fetched? Ask any Democratic Socialist and they will tell you how much sense it makes. They won’t believe anything much about the Book of Genesis–but they will believe this because they have been programmed to think that way.

Why do I write this? I just got a communication from my good friend, Donnie Kennedy, who is  Chief of Heritage Operations for the Sons of Confederate Veterans and Donnie wrote, in part: “In case you have not heard, and as a way to get you ready for the coming assault, the man who committed the hideous attack in New Zealand has been associated with the Confederate Flag. According to an investigative reporter in New Zealand, the shooter, Brenton Tarrant, was a member of a rifle club in New Zealand in which there were displayed ‘Confederate flags on the walls.'”

See, that shows you right there, the shootings were the fault of the Confederate Flag. Don’t you think that, at the very least, they should mobilize a campaign to get all the Confederate flags removed from New Zealand, and maybe even from Australia, where Tarrant is supposed to originally be from? I mean, it’s the very least they can do, right?

Responsible people who tracked where Tarrant went have noted, as I wrote in an earlier article about this, that he spent most of his adult life traveling in the areas between Pakistan and North Korea and that he didn’t work. Up to this point, there is no record of him visiting the Southern part of the United States.

Donnie has noted: “Nevertheless, several United States news outlets in Chicago, Washington, New York, and of course the Huffington Post have taken advantage of this slight connection to reinforce in the minds of their readers the neo-Marxist narrative of the Confederate Flag as an emblem of hate. As far as I can determine, at this time there is no photo of Tarrant holding or standing close to a Confederate Flag but that will not stop our enemies  from pushing their hate-filled narrative.” At least, as of this writing, there have been no photos posted of the Confederate flags hanging on the walls of Tarran’t’s rifle club. So you have to wonder.

We will have to keep an eye out in the days to come–to see what “evidence” gets manufactured to show that Tarrant was some sort of racist “neo-Confederate” that hated everyone that wasn’t lily-white.

Of course the people promoting this line of belief may not even worry about  producing any “evidence” of what they claim. After all, we seem to have reached an age where the accusation is all that really matters and those that hurl the accusation seem to feel that this is all they need to do. They realize a bought-and-paid-for media will back them up, no matter how ludicrous their claims and so they may have gotten to where “we don’t need no stinkin’ evidence.” Guilty until proven innocent! That seems to be the mode of operation in the Amerika of today.

So get ready for what may well be coming down the  pike in this situation because you have to realize that the cultural Marxists out to destroy our culture will not hesitate to use any situation, even from overseas, to throw mud upon our flags, history and culture. So get ready to exercise a little pushback because I think we are going to need to do that.

New Zealand False Flag

by Al Benson Jr.

Member, Board of Directors, Confederate Society of America

Many might be tempted to think that with the end of the Obama Regime the day of the false flag had ended. We had so many of them while Obama was in office, all intended to promote gun control or some other noxious agenda, that it was a relief when he finally vacated the White House, even though he didn’t go nearly as far as some of us could have wished for.

But for us to think the day of the false flag operation was over would have been naïve in the extreme. New false flags are mostly now operated by some hidden division of the Deep State with the express purpose of trying to destabilize the Trump administration and/or its agenda.

Trump is almost like a man alone in Washington, trying to stave off the machinations of the Deep State while both Republicans and Demoncrats try daily to stab him in the political back  Trump is the first president for as long as I can remember that has not been in the pocket of the Deep State, Shadow Government, or whatever you care to call it and until he repents and becomes a member the attacks against him will only proliferate.

This mosque shooting in New Zealand is only the latest example. You have to wonder how shootings in a mosque in New Zealand can be blamed on Trump and our Second Amendment, yet that seems to be the scenario now being put forth. Somehow the radical Leftists and their media lap dogs seem to embrace the novel idea that, somehow, if we had more gun control in this country the shootings in New Zealand would, magically, not have happened–so it’s all our fault like everything else in the universe is. Connor Reid, on https://highstatusmales.wordpress.com has noted that: “The narrative pushed by mainstream media and prominent social elite figures is the idea that an overwhelming percentage of white males are entitled nationalists seeking to harass and harm those who don’t look like them. This narrative is the most prevalent among white males who affiliate themselves with supporting President Trump. The media pounces on stories they can construe to exhibit ‘proof’ of the increasing problematic hatred that’s so rampant in the hearts of white Trump supporters.”

In other words, if you are white and a Trump supporter you are automatically racist. No two ways about it. You just couldn’t be anything else!

I looked at a photo of the New Zealand shooter. To tell you the truth, he reminded me of a younger version of John Brennan with his perpetual scowl.

Connor Reid had an interesting take on the shooter and, in retrospect, I don’t think he was all that far off. In fact, I think he nailed it. He said: “I am saying that the shooter employed sophisticated reverse psychology in order to create a desired political outcome…He knew his actions would result in stricter gun laws globally. He knew his actions would cause the media to pounce on Trump and fault the rampant spread of white nationalism for the atrocity. He knew his actions would perfectly fit the narrative the MSM and the elites are so desperately trying to push. White men are evil. Trump and his base are evil racists that have become too dangerous for public consumption….The shooter admits in his manifesto his motivation for committing a mass atrocity was to incite civil war among political parties…If you look at some of the shooter’s older (Facebook) posts you realize he didn’t work and spent his time traveling across the middle east and visiting countries such as Pakistan and North Korea. It seems rather unlikely someone with such an expressed hatred for Muslims would spend his entire adult life among them.”

So this guy didn’t work. How did he live? Who paid for the groceries–and the travel expenses for him to run around all over the middle east? You don’t do that for peanuts! Plane fare and hotels are expensive. So who was footing the bill? Probably someone, or group, that we will  never know about who paid this man handsomely enough so that he would act our their agenda when commanded to do so. People like this seldom operate alone.

I recall back when George Wallace got shot, back in 1972, which shooting took him out of the presidential race that year. One of the John Birch Society researchers, Alan Stang, I think it was, started tracking the man that shot Wallace to see what he could learn about him. Turned out he followed Wallace halfway across the country waiting for his chance to do him in. In the course of following Wallace around he stayed in some pretty swanky pads and ate in fancy restaurants and pretty much lived high off the hog–and he was unemployed at the time! So where did he get the big bucks to trail Wallace across the country? Nobody ever answered that question and outside of Alan Stang, I don’t think anybody bothered asking it.

Same situation with this New Zealand shooter. Whether you even want to think about it, though you  probably should, you have to wonder who springs for all the travel expenses for these turkeys so they can do what someone wants them to do?

If you were gullible enough to believe the Fake News Media you’d think people like this are all just “lone wolves” acting out some fantastic dream they’d had since they were four years old when someone tipped over their little red wagon! In the real world it doesn’t work that way. Someone pays the freight for all these shooters because they are fulfilling someone’s agenda.

So ask yourself who wants more gun control worldwide, and especially in this country? Who wants Trump removed from office? Who wants his administration destabilized and all whites branded as racists? Figure out some of that and you are half way toward figuring out who pays the tab for it all.

Abolitionists and Illuminists Campaigning for One World Government

by Al Benson Jr.
Member, Board of Directors, Confederate Society of America

In the most recent article we made some connections between abolitionists and Illuminists (Illuminati), between William Lloyd Garrison, the Northern radical abolitionist (as opposed to sensible Southern abolitionists) and Giuseppi Mazzini the Illuminist.

Arthur Thompson notes in his To the Victors Go the Myths and Monuments on page 187 that: “A popular opinion in the early 1800s was that the abolitionists were agents of England, and there were a few that viewed them as an extension of the Illuminati. The masthead of the Liberator, William Lloyd Garrison’s newspaper, reinforced this latter idea. The initial slogan of the paper was: ‘Our Country is the world–Our Countrymen are Mankind’.” Whatever one might think, the radical abolitionists had an ongoing vision for an agenda that went well beyond the slavery issue. Another issue Garrison was big on was “Women’s rights.”

Mr. Thompson noted a trip to England by Garrison in 1833. He said: “William Lloyd Garrison’s publicized first visit to England in 1833 coincided with the last triumphant state of British abolition; there he made some disparaging remarks against his country in general, not just about the issue of slavery. Someone had to organize this visit to England. You did not just get off the boat and start planning your speeches. Politically motivated organizations set them up by what were called lyceums, which were associations for discussion and instruction by lectures and other means. These organizations gave weight to the idea of British interference in American politics. These lyceums were copies of the Illuminist organizations on the European continent.”

The connection has been made between Mazzini, an Illuminist, and Garrison, an abolitionist. Thomas Coley Allen, whose work I quoted in a previous article, made this connection. Looking for a little more confirmation of what he said, I came across (on the internet) a book by Enrico Dal Lago called William Lloyd Garrison and Giuseppe Mazzini: Abolition, Democracy, and Radical Reform (Conflicting Worlds: New Dimensions of the American Civil War) published in 2013. That’s quite a mouthful of title for one book.

The brief review given about the book noted: “The two meetings Garrison and Mazzini had, in 1846 and in 1867, served to reinforce their sense that they somehow worked together toward the achievement of liberty not just in the United States and Italy, but also in the Atlantic Euro-American world as a whole…” You have to understand, from a “review” like this, that “liberty” does not mean the same thing to us that it meant to them. In fact, to the doctrinaire Leftist, to be a liberator means that you are “One who seeks to destroy or radically change some phase of Western society.” That definition comes from A Communese-English Dictionary, written by Professor Roy Colby. That definition pretty well fits William Lloyd Garrison the radical abolitionist.

Now ask yourself, in all your reading about abolitionists in our history over the years, where did you ever read that they had anything to do with Illuminist radicals from Europe??? I’m willing to bet you never did, and until recently, neither did I. All of which goes to show that the abolitionist movement in this country had some really interesting European links and was really about lots more than just  slavery in our South.

And now, to throw a little gas on the fire, I will include this quote from https://www.quora.com under the title Are all secret societies related to the Illuminati? Is the Mafia part of the Illuminati? The article notes, in part, “Mazzini, who was Albert Pike’s ‘partner in crime’ called himself a freemason, just as Albert Pike did…Mazzini was part of the Carbonari, a secret society in Italy…He also founded the group ‘Young Italy” (political agitators, thugs and terrorists). Mazzini was responsible for starting the Scottish Rite in Italy, just as Albert Pike was responsible for corrupting it in America.” I’m not going to deal with the Mafia part of this question as it doesn’t really fit in with what I’ve been dealing with.

Thomas Coley Allen wrote: “Years before the War for Southern Independence, Illuminists had sent agents to the South to take control of key positions and to agitate for secession these agents included John A. Quitman, John Slidell and Albert Pike.” Although you hear the names of the above three mentioned in connection to the South, Mr. Allen claims all three originally came from New York. Actually, Pike grew up in Massachusetts. So the question must be asked–who were these three really out to help?

Please understand now, I am not questioning the validity of Southern secession. I am questioning whose ultimate agenda these men were promoting. I think there is a lot of history out there that even conservative and patriotic historians have not had access to, and of course the Marxist historians just ignore it, or lie about it anyway. I think we have lots of history to learn yet and I don’t think we will be overly enamored of much of it.

The Young America Movement–Changing Our History

by Al Benson Jr.
Member, Board of Directors, Confederate Society of America

The very informative book To The Victors Go The Myths And Monuments  by Arthur R. Thompson deals at some length with a group called Young America that was very active in this country during the middle of the 19th century.

Mr. Thompson observed, on page 215 of his book that: “The Carbonari’s Young America (YA) reached its ascendency in the late 1850s and played a key role in laying the groundwork for a future civil war. After the Civil War they faded as a visible organization even though their ideas have never faded from the American scene, as witnessed by the Spanish-American War and the modern neoconservative movement. YA aims since the Civil War have been generally carried out by the establishment of the major political parties. In other words, the goals of YA became the established American foreign policy without being a visible movement from the Civil War until 1921, with the formation of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), when their tactics again became obvious, even as a more visible organization than before the Civil War. By the mid-20th century there were several elite organizations promoting the YA goals, all with interlocking directorates and membership.”

WikiVisually a branch of Wikipedia provided some interesting commentary about Young America–if you know how to read between the lines. It stated: “The Young America Movement was an American political and cultural attitude in the mid-19th century, inspired by European reform movements of the 1830s (such as…Young Italy and Young Hegelians), the American group was formed as a political organization in 1845 by Edwin de Leon and George Henry Evans. It advocated free trade, social reform, expansion southward into the territories, and support for republican, anti-aristocratic movements abroad…”

“Inspired by European reform movements” meant inspired by European socialist movements. “Social reform” meant the changing of cultures into something they had not heretofore been. “Expansion southward into the territories” meant they had their eye on land that did not belong to the United States, and “support for republican, anti-aristocratic movements” meant support for socialist groups seeking to overthrow legitimate governments. As I said, it’s all a matter of reading between the lines. Often what you think they said isn’t what they really meant.

In an editorial for the Democratic Review in 1837, John L. O’Sullivan wrote, describing the general purpose of the Young America Movement that: “All history is to be rewritten; political science and the whole scope of all moral truth have to be considered and illustrated in the light of the democratic principle. All old subjects of thought and all new questions arising, connected more or less directly with human existence, have to be taken up again and re-examined.” That was a tall order. What they planned to do was to re-write the history to made sure it conformed to the new norm for their day. So in other words the history your grandchildren would learn would not be the history your grandfathers learned. This is the sort of thing public schools do in our day–change the history so it is now acceptable to the politically correct. Do you begin to grasp the fact that this is what they are doing with our Southern history, flags, monuments, etc., changing them all so they will reflect the new cultural Marxist norms? Have you ever thought about it this way? If not, maybe you should. Also worth noting is that this John L. O’Sullivan was the man that coined the term Manifest Destiny. We’ve been taught, via our changed history, to think that meant the United States expanding all the way to the Pacific Ocean. Actually it meant more than that–it was their codeword for the US to expand to take the whole world. You could say that, with US troops all over the world in our day, Manifest Destiny is currently being practiced.

So you could say, with great accuracy, that Young America was a history changer–or at least it changed the historical record–from what it was to what they wanted it to be.

I recently came across an article on https://tcallenco.blogspot.com written by Thomas Coley Allen. Just out of curiosity I checked Mr. Allen out and found that he had authored at least four different books, one of them on the early history of man called Adam To Abraham: The Early History of Man. I have to say that his take on man’s creation is definitely a new wrinkle and it won’t please either creationists or evolutionists.

Be that as it may, his article I came across is pretty amazing. It is called A Conspiratorial View of the War for Southern Independence. I don’t know if he got everything in this article totally right, but he got a lot of it right because I have seen much of this from other sources over the years. Arthur Thompson, mentioned earlier in this article, covered some of this in his book so I know Mr. Allen was on the right track. He published this article on July 3, 2009.

Allen stated: “Our story begins in 1845 when Giuseppe Mazzini, an Italian revolutionist, came to the United States and organized the Young American movement. The Young America society was modeled after his Young Italy, a secret society whose objective was to overthrow the established governments of Italy and unite Italy under a republican government. Mazzini was an Illuminist of the highest degree, probably the highest Illuminist in the world at the time. He was a believer in violent revolutions and a forefather of Communism. He organized the Revolution of 1848, whose purpose was to overthrow the monarchs of continental Europe and replace them with a communist state.”

Allen made some interesting connections here. He said that Young America was mostly active in rural areas. I can’t vouch for that as I just don’t know, but he also noted that Young America “…was active in the abolitionist movement. Mazzini became the godfather of the anti-slavery campaign. The abolitionists became front men for the Illuminists, who wanted to destroy the United States and their Constitution. Years before the War for Southern Independence, the Young American Masonic conspiracy was active in the South promoting the abolitionist cause. Also involved in the founding of the Young America movement was Edwin DeLeon. DeLeon became an advisor to President Jefferson Davis and the chief propagandist of the Confederacy in Europe. While DeLeon led the expansionist wing of the Young America, William Lloyd Garrison, a spiritualist, led the abolitionist wing. Garrison was a leading abolitionist and a friend of Mazzini. Garrison published the abolitionist newspaper The Liberator, which he started in 1831. Unnamed backers financed his paper, so it could be distributed free through the South. The abolitionist movement was in effect an undeclared war against the Southern States.”

This is a little different take on the abolitionist movement than most are used to, but if you think about it, it does fit. If you read some of what Garrison said, you do come away with the feeling that his world view was internationalist in scope. So finding that he was buddies with Mazzini really comes as no surprise, and that ties Garrison to the Illuminists. So what does all this have to say about the abolitionist movement?

More about all this in an upcoming article. What you will learn from all this is that history ain’t what you thought it was and oftentimes what it really was turns out to be a shocker. But if we don’t grasp the truth about the past then we have no guide for how to deal with the future.

The Dicey Illumanist Foundations of Modern Public Education

by Al Benson Jr.

In the previous article to this one I noted Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi who founded a branch of the Illuminati in Zurich, Swtizerland in 1783. This might not seem important to some, but we need to begin to grasp the influence that Pestalozzi had on modern education.

On https://www.britannica.com in an article updated on 2/13/19 it was observed that “Pestalozzi’s method (of education) became widely accepted and most of his principles have been absorbed into modern elementary education…His ideas flow from the same stream of thought that includes Johann Friedrich Herbart, Maria Montessori, John Dewey…” You may not be that familiar with the first two mentioned here, but if you have read any of my previous articles on public education then you have to know where John Dewey, atheist and socialist, was coming from. Naturally the Britannica article made no mention of Pestalozzi’s Illumanist connections, but then, you would hardly expect them to.

The Britannica article does mention that Pestalozzi was influenced by the educational ideas of Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Astute students of world history should be aware of where he was coming from. He early abandoned the study of theology so that he might go “back to nature.” In other words, Rousseau was an apostate, an apostate who influenced Pestalozzi’s educational worldview.

According to an article by Marco DiLuchetti: “In 1761, Jean-Jacques Rousseau re-published a book by Abbe St. Pierre, which advocated a cosmopolitan world federation.” An 18th century version of the United Nations? Rousseau fine-tuned St. Pierre’s work and added a bit of his own. “Rousseau proposed that a federation of at least ‘all important powers’ was needed. It must have a legislative body with powers to pass laws binding upon all member states. It must have coercive force capable of compelling every state to obey its common resolves. It also must be strong enough to prevent withdrawal of any state.” In other words, no secession from Rousseau’s “cosmopolitan world federation.” Almost makes you wonder where Lincoln got his anti-secession mindset. Although I never recall hearing about Lincoln reading Rousseau, Lincoln was definitely influenced by socialists, mostly from Europe. How many of them read Rousseau? Who says ideas don’t have consequences–politically for Lincoln, educationally for Pestalozzi?

Dennis Cuddy, in his six-part series on the Illuminati that appeared on http://www.newswithviews.com noted, in part 6 that: “I referred to Illuminist Johann Pestalozzi’s educational influence in America and to Robert Owen’s use of Pestalozzianism in Britain and America.” Owen used Pestalozzi’s methods in his commune in New Harmony, Indiana in the late 1820s…Joining Owen in New Harmony in 1828 was Frances Wright (formerly Madame Francoise d’ Arusmot, brought to the U.S. by the Marquis de Lafayette) who, with Owen’s son Robert Dale Owen and Orestes Brownson, formed the Working-Men’s Party in New York. After Brownson converted to Christianity, he later revealed in The Works of Orestes Brownson  that their plan in establishing their political party was as follows: ‘The great object was to get rid of Christianity, and to convert our churches into halls of science. The plan was not to make open attacks on religion,…but to establish a system of state–we said national–schools from which all religion was to be excluded, in which nothing was to be taught but such knowledge as is verifiable by the senses, and to which all parents were to be compelled to send their children. Our complete plan was to take the children from their parents at the age of 12 or 18 months, and to have them nursed, fed, clothed, and trained in these schools at the public expense; but at any rate, we were to have godless schools for all the children of the country….” This all really fit well into the educational worldview of the Illuminati. Interesting that Lafayette brought Francis Wright to this country.  But then, according to Arthur Thompson’s revealing book To The Victors Go the Myths and Monuments Lafayette was also involved with the Illuminati. Something else the “history” books tend to leave out!

You have to ask yourself–how has this all worked out in our day and age? Do you see any vestiges of this Illumanist agenda in our public schools today? As the feller says “If you don’t then you ain’t been paying attention.”

If you are honest with yourself then you have to admit that our problems with public education in this country go back further than most people wish to admit. And those who pushed public education in this country were influenced by people who had really dicey Illuminist connections that went back to Europe even in the days before the French Revolution.

If Pestalozzi was part of the Illuminati and his educational views have been widely embraced in our elementary education processes in this country, then what does that say to us about who is and has influenced our kids, and our educations if we attended public schools, and probably some private schools as well.

We have serious education problems in this country today and unless we go back and trace out where those problems came from so that we understand, we will never be able to fix any of them because we will be totally confused as to origins and reasons and so we will reinvent the wheel in every upcoming generation and continue to go nowhere.

The kind of education described in this article will not be changed voluntarily because it is accomplishing that which it was intended to do. This Illumanist educational worldview must be separated from. Christians need to remove their children from its influence and, if you put them in Christian schools you must make sure those Christian schools have not fallen unknowingly under the same influence.

The Illuminati and Education

Many who read this will be aware of the Illuminati and of who they were (and are) and what their designs for a One World Government were (and are). They don’t call them the Illuminati anymore. Nowadays they would probably be called something like “The New World Order” or possibly “The Deep State” or some kind of shadow government. But no matter what you call them the objectives of those who embrace their worldview have not changed.

There has been quite a bit written about them over the years (unfortunately not enough) and not on a consistent basis. They don’t exactly seek  open publicity.

A University of Edinburgh professor, John Robison, wrote a book about them back in 1798 called Proofs of a Conspiracy. I believe it may still be available today from the John Birch Society as a reprint. See if you can locate it.’

Dennis L. Cuddy, Ph.D. wrote an excellent series of articles about them on http://www.newswithviews.com back in 2010. You may be able to find those on the internet. I did.

The purpose of the Illuminati, founded on May 1, 1776, (now you know why the communists celebrate May Day every year) was to “…root out all religion and ordinary morality, abolish national distinctions, demean patriotism, and ‘rule the world’.” Ask yourself, in light of what you see going on around you today–does any of this look familiar to you? If not, you haven’t been paying attention.

The founder of the Illuminati, Adam Weishaupt, felt he had a plan that could not fail. Obviously he didn’t take God into account since he was busy trying to eliminate any belief in Him. Mr. Cuddy, in his series of articles, noted: “A key component of his plan included directing academic and religious education. If the Illuminati ‘was to govern the world,’ as they believed, they had to ‘acquire the direction of education–of church management–of the professorial chair, and the pulpit’ (Robison, page 109). From Illuminati ‘secret correspondence’ Robison found their ‘Instruction B for the whole degree of Regent’ that included winning ‘the common people in every corner. This will be done chiefly by means of the schools,…”

And Cuddy also noted that: “Concerning religious education, Terry Melanson of the online Illuminati Conspiracy Archive said ‘Weishaupt and his control turned Jesus into a socialist revolutionary: representing Him as a secret society adept, who came to preach egalitarian virtue.” Does that sound familiar? I can recall, back in the 1970s there was a program of sorts out there that posited Jesus as a socialist revolutionary with an AK47 in one hand. Where do you suppose they got the idea for that from? Three guesses–first two don’t count!

Cuddy observed further that “Baron Adolph von Knigge…was Weishaupt’s second-in-command from 1780-1784. And according to Robison ‘his favorite scheme’ was to create ‘Citizens of the World.’ You might reflect at this point whether you have heard any leading political figures recently refer to themselves as ‘Citizens of the World.’  Some of this thinking was reflected in comments made by radical abolitionist William Lloyd Garrison back in the 1830s. That give you any ideas as to where the radical Northern abolitionists (as opposed to sensible Southern ones) got some of their ideas?

In part 3 of his Illuminati series Cuddy observed that: “In addition to historically prominent people such as Hegel being mentored by the Illuminati, there were several historically prominent people  who were members of The Order. For example, according to Hermann Schuttler…the father of modern educational theory and practice, Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi founded a branch of the Illuminati in Zurich, Switzerland in 1783…And according to Schuttler, perhaps the most famous of the Illuminati was the novelist and playwright Johann Goethe…”

So, the “father of modern educational theory” was involved with the Illuminati. You have to wonder how that has affected education, especially public education, in this country in our day and before.  A little more about that in the next article.

“Reparations, Reparations, Satan’s kingdom For Reparations”

by Al Benson Jr.

Now that the socialist Demoncrats have captured the House in Washington, all manner of slimy legislation seems to be oozing out around the edges of that august body and, if passed, most of it will cost the American taxpayer not only a large chunk of his income, but a larger chunk of his remaining liberty as well. Remember, these are the folks that want to “equalize” everyone’s income. In plain language that means they want to confiscate more of your income in order to bequeath it to those who are “unwilling to work.” If you don’t believe me just ask Alexandria whats-her-name Cortez about that as part of it is her brain- (or lack thereof)- child.

According to an article on https://thefederalistpapers.org for February 3, 2019 by Carmine Sabia, one Democratic candidate is out there calling for $100 billion in slavery reparations.

Sabia noted that “A new Democrat candidate has an idea of how to crash the economy and virtue signal at the same time. Best selling author Marianne Williamson appeared on ‘New Day’ on CNN Thursday and called for $100 billion in reparations to pay black people for slavery. They don’t have $5.7 billion for a wall but they do have $100 billion to virtue signal. ‘We need a moral and spiritual awakening in the country,’ Williamson said.” Well, in general terms, I’d agree with Williamson–we do need a moral and spiritual awakening in this country–but this decades old reparations for slaves game ain’t it! Here’s a lady who endorsed Bernie Sanders in the 2016 presidential election and she’s talking about a spiritual awakening! To what spirits?

So very many of these people who push this reparations for slavery line seem to have done no homework whatever. Or it could just be they hope you haven’t done any. They seem to proceed on the premise that all white people need to pay reparations to all black people for slavery and that’s the whole enchilada for them. The slavery issue is lots more complex than they are willing to deal with and they seem to be trying to snow the public with their rhetoric so the public won’t try to do any homework to find out the facts, or to ask any legitimate questions.

I’ve got a few questions I’d like to throw in here that I think are legitimate and these are things the reparations crowd never addresses, at least publicly. What they admit to in smoke-filled backrooms, who knows?

Just who should pay reparations for slavery? What about white folks whose ancestors  never owned slaves? Why should they pay? What about black people that owned slaves (and there were quite a few)? Should they pay? If not, why not? What about American Indians that owned slaves–should they pay?

What about black people that came here after slavery was ended? Are they entitled to reparations? If so, why? Just because they are black? Lousy reason, folks! In an earlier article on my other blog spot I specifically mentioned all the blacks that came to Minnesota from Somalia in recent decades, and there are lots of them. Are they entitled to reparations because they are black, even though they never had any ancestors in this country that were slaves? If so, why?

The reparations clique never seems to mention any of this. I think inquiring minds would like to know.

Just the other day I came across an article posted on American Renaissance on December 2, 2018 by William Robertson Boggs, entitled The Reparations Hoax. Mr. Boggs observed: “The latest attempt by blacks to extract race-based benefits from whites is the increasingly popular demand for ‘reparations’ for the injustice of slavery. Although neither Congress nor any state legislature is likely to pass a reparations act any time soon, black activists are laying the  groundwork  for what they hope will be a massive transfer of wealth from whites to blacks…The rationale for reparations is that today’s blacks have a moral right to compensation for the unpaid labor of their ancestors. That right is not open to question; the only disagreement  is over the amount of compensation and how it should be distributed…One favorite way to calculate the debt is to figure what 40 acres and a mule were worth in 1865 and then add the accumulated interest up to the present. A theorist in Washington state concludes that this works out to $98,191.35 per black person…Like so much of what our country says and does in the name of race, all this is pure lunacy. First, slave-owners certainly did buy and sell slaves and forced them to work without wages. However, all slaves and slave owners are dead. There is no legal basis for punishing distant descendants for the wrong-doing of their ancestors or for rewarding the distant descendants of those who were wronged.”

As far as the slave trade, all the guilt does not belong to the white folks. Boggs noted: “Slaves were usually captured in tribal wars, but Africans had learned that it was impractical to enslave people from neighboring tribes, since they could easily escape back to their own people. Captives were therefore sold to traders who resold them only after they had marched the slaves so far from home they could not return…Whites certainly did not rob Africa of its manhood. Unlike the Africans who supplied them, whites paid for what they got. If today’s Africans have a quarrel, it is with their own warfaring ancestors rather than with whites.”

Makes you wonder if the descendants of the blacks that sold slaves to the whites should have to pay reparations? Something else no one bothers to address. For those who want to learn about the history of slavery, I would recommend a book by Hugh Thomas called The Slave Trade published by Simon & Schuster back in 1997. It deals in part with black Africans selling other black Africans into slavery, among other things.

Probably wouldn’t hurt some of the folks in Congress to read this before they decide to start redistributing our wealth to folks who have never been slaves. It’s a long book, it’s over 800 pages, but even that is not as long as some of those bills Congress passes that no one gets to read until after they become law.
