Single Family Homes Are “Racist” Just Ask Joe Biden!

There was a time, even in my lifetime I can remember it, where the “American Dream” was for a family to own their own home, with a back yard big enough to entertain friends and maybe even plant a small garden there. But the current regime has determined that such activities, even the thoughts thereof, are inherently “racist” and what is even worse, they may contribute to that worst of all possible evils, “climate change.” Therefore, your single family “racist” home probably needs to be done away with and replaced by a multi-story apartment house and your neighborhood rezoned to accommodate that.

Does anyone reading this recognize that this might be happening in their area?

According to an article in the Washington Examiner for June 3rd this may end up happening at many local levels. The article notes: “…the Biden administration is pushing local governments to allow apartment buildings in neighborhoods that are restricted to single-family homes. The administration claims it’s a way to ease a national shortage and combat racial injustice in the housing market…Critics claim the federal government’s plan would change the landscape of towns and cities across the country and torpedo the American dream.” But you have to realize this radical rezoning scheme is not for everyone. The Examiner article observed that “Biden himself owns a four-acre lakefront home in upscale Greenville, Delaware, where there is absolutely no public housing , affordable housing or rentals that accept housing vouchers. And don’t expect any to be built next door to the Bidens.” So it is really a case of “rezoning for thee but not for me.” Is anyone surprised? This is so typical of the ruling elites. They are more than willing to alter our lifestyles whether we want them altered or not, but don’t you dare to mess with theirs or they may get the National Security Agency after you.

Another article on noted that “Trump said during a 2020 campaign rally that Biden wants ‘to put low-cost housing in the suburbs, and that would mean abolishing, ruining the suburbs. It has already begun. It’s been going on for years.” So Trump was right again. No wonder they had to steal the election from him!

The article continued: “But Democrats are, indeed, planning to federalize local zoning laws within the infrastructure reconciliation package to displace single family homes with high-rise, low income apartments to impact the already purple suburbs. The reconciliation package plans to begin the destruction of the suburbs via a measure within the package called the HOMES Act, which intends to put the federal government in charge of local zoning laws to change local demographics, impacting the already purple voting districts.” And any local government that chooses not to play this federal game may see its HUD funding cut. So federal blackmail is the real name of the game. Destroy your suburban neighborhoods or your federal funding dries up!

I hope our elected representatives here in Louisiana have got the sense God gave a goose and will vote against this monstrosity. Who knows if they have even read the bill. Here we are, a few days before Independence Day having to protest a bill that will be responsible for helping to destroy the American Dream!

But, then, that is what this current Regime is really all about–the destruction of the American Dream and the abolition of our God-given liberties. And there are way too many home-grown leftists in this country, educated in our public schools, who are more than willing to help them do that.

  1. This is EXACTLY what Rosa Koire was talking about at townhall meetings and lectures for almost 10 years around the country! She has a book about this titled ‘behind the green mask, UN agenda 21..sadly she passed away on May 31st of this year… RIP Rosa!!

  2. This is just one more reason why we no longer have a country. I may be the only one from the Atlantic to the Pacific who can no longer celebrate the fourth of July but so be it. I can certainly remember what happened in 1776 in fact I had ancestors who fought in the revolution but that country ceased to exist long ago. When I look at the country we have today it is nauseating , and to say we have the best country in world really has no meaning.
Enjoy your articles, keep up the good work.

    • David, After Gettysburg and Vicksburg the Fourth of July does not have quite the same meaning it did earlier. But you are right. The country we had back then no longer exists. That war changed all that. Problem is that too many today fail to recognize that.

  3. Few people know that the time-honored words in Thomas Jefferson’s Declaration, “Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” was originally, “Life, liberty and property.” It was changed, it is thought, because it lacked the inspirational note required in a document intended to obtain the support of European nations for America’s efforts to throw off the yoke of British colonialism. And yet, of all the matters engaged in this small phrase, property was the most “revolutionary” concept extant! Life and liberty were understood but the concept of property in the hands of ordinary people was unique to the times.

The Constitution dealt with many things, but the concept of private property was paramount in its considerations. Indeed, the Founders believed that property rights were the basis of all freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution. Thus, the common law, state law, and the Constitution itself protected property rights — the rights of people to acquire, use, and dispose of property freely. The Constitution protects property rights through the Fourteenth Amendment’s Due Process Clauses and, more directly, through the Fifth Amendment’s Takings Clause: “nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation”

In the new millennium, the true desire of our government – indeed all “governments” – is that all power should reside in the hands of government; that is, the era of personal freedom and all that that entails – including the concept of “private property” – must end! We have already been told that soon, we will “own NOTHING!” In his article about “government housing,” Thomas DeWeese makes this point:

“Eventually – and very soon – the only source of housing will be from government. Take a good look at the destroyed neighborhoods now under government control and see your future. Property rights and personal ownership is an equal opportunity for everyone to build wealth and freedom. It’s how the United States quickly became so prosperous. Government destroys personal choice, incentive and the wealth created from it.”

Of course, our wealthy elites will continue to live as they have ALWAYS lived. There will be no “apartments” (much less slums) on Martha’s Vineyard.

Didn’t know your single family home was “racist” did you? Well the Biden/Harris Regime has a plan to take care of that–just federalize all the local zoning laws so local folks will have no say whatever in the zoning laws their towns enact. That will take care of all those “racist” zoning laws right now! Check latest on this out on

  5. The bottom line, if I may use that worn phrase, is that “they” control those who have the guns. I don’t hate the police or military, but they are controlled by the Marxists & do their bidding no questions asked. I say that about everything government does. Without them, they couldn’t do any of this nonsense!

  6. Larry,
You are correct. They control those who have the guns, which is one reason they want to take our guns away. By the same token, I have to laugh at those who send me messages about convening a new constitutional convention. If we were foolish enough to do such, who do they think would control that process?

    • Yes! The Marxist don’t follow what’s already written!
BTW, I’ve been meaning to ask, I have some question re “The South was Right”, but I’m not sure if this blog would be the place to ask.
